The US Apple company still occupies the number one position in the gadgets segment. According to Counterpoint Research, Apple has taken half of the market share in the first six months of this year. Which is 43.2 times more than last year.

Due to Coronavirus and lockdown, Apple has spread its special image in the market. The reason behind this was the shipment of Apple’s gadgets which was much higher than other companies.

Apple was not affected by Corona

Due to Coronavirus worldwide, the industry has been shut down. On the other hand, Apple has increased its product shipments by 22 percent every year. Surprisingly, due to Coronavirus, Apple did not face any problem in improving its revenue and market.

Garmin secured the second position in Smartwatch segment

Meanwhile, Garmin took second place after Apple in the smartwatch segment. In the first six months of 2020, Garmin became the second highest-grossing company. The biggest reason for the company to get second place is its huge range of smartwatches.

After Garmin, Huawei gets third and Samsung fourth in the smartwatch segment. In the same counterpoint research, imoo got the fifth position and Amazonfit got the sixth place. If we talk about Fitbit and Fossil, then they got seventh and eighth positions respectively.

Apple Watch Series 5 Become Best Selling Product

Apple’s Smartwatch 5 Series became the best-selling product in the world. During this time, the Apple Watch 3 Series was second in sales. The Huawei Watch GT3 was ranked third in sales, which was launched last year. After this, Galaxy Watch Active 2 got the fourth and imoo Z3 4G got the fifth place in sales.
